About Us

The Beginning

From the skatepark of Whanganui, to the back of the skate shop Cheapskates, Auckland New Zealand the Brewer family fell in love with a lifetime of skateboarding experiences that stayed with founder Hamish Brewer from his days a kid to becoming a principal that found a way to connect further with struggling students of poverty. Hamish become globally recognized and affectionally known as the Tattooed, Skateboarding Principal – the school Principal who skated in the hallways and gave skateboards away to students. As a teacher Hamish would often organize skateboard displays and exhibitions. Born of Hamish’s love to serve others and take on the struggles of students with mental health and wellbeing – Relentless Skateboards became a way for Hamish to bring all his programs and love of skateboarding into one place and for  his loyal following of supporters to get behind his mission to impact at students through skateboarding.
